The Name
Why “Heirloom”?
The name Heirloom was chosen because an heirloom is something valuable enough to be passed from one generation to the next. It represents more than age. It represents meaning, trust, and responsibility.
For us, that legacy started with our grandfather.

A Legacy You Can Trust
It started one handshake at a time.
Our grandfather left South Carolina with his young family and moved to California in pursuit of opportunity. There, he spent more than a decade mastering the pipe fitting trade — learning the value of hard work, precision, and doing things the right way.
Eventually, Grandpa returned home to South Carolina, where he built a respected career in residential plumbing. His reputation was not built through advertising, gimmicks, or shortcuts. It was built one handshake at a time.
He believed your word mattered. He believed that if someone trusted you inside their home, they deserved your very best. He believed in honest work, clean service, and treating people with respect.
Grandpa never met a stranger. He was the kind of man who would give someone the shirt off his back if they needed it. When someone was in trouble or needed help, he had a saying:

His Final Ride
The Day Heirloom Was Born
When our grandfather passed, the men who worked beside him refused to let his final ride be in a hearse. Our uncle Jim insisted he be driven one last time in the back of the plumbing truck that had carried him through a lifetime of serving his community. His three foremen carried his casket to its final resting place — a final act of respect for the man who had taught them their trade, earned their loyalty, and became family.
That moment wasn't just the end of a career — it was the beginning of Heirloom Plumbing.
